What is CustomerSIM?

We have a singular focus at CustomerSIM: To Redefine How Call Centers Train Their Agents.

Preparing and training your new call center agents successfully is absolutely critical.   During their first few weeks on the job, agents must learn new systems, new processes, new procedures, understand their goals, and   somehow put all that knowledge to work flawlessly. However, an agents first 'live' customer call is almost always a customer request that may or may not match the training they've received.   Traditionally, during those first few weeks, agents have very little time devoted to practicing the skills they learn.   CustomerSIM provides an agent the ability to practice various types of customer interactions in a controlled, safe, and supportive environment.
